Frequently Asked Questions

 
1. HAS MY ORDER SHIPPED?
You will receive a shipping notification email with the tracking number as soon as your order ships. Please keep in mind that all human apparel, cups, pillows etc. are made to order. Made to order items cannot be adjusted once one hour has passed from the time the order is placed because they immediately go in line to be printed. 
 
2. CAN I RETURN OR EXCHANGE MY ITEM?
Because most all of our items are made to order, we only accept returns on our RTS (ready to ship) items. Ready to ship items include: harness, collar, leash, waste bag holders, and bows. Our return policy is 30 days from day of delivery. We only accept returns on new and unused items. See our Return Policy for more info. Exchanges are processed as returns to ensure that we have the size you need in stock at the time.
 
3. WHY HASN'T MY TRACKING INFO UPDATED?
In most cases, tracking info will update within a few days. Sometimes, when the postal services have an influx of orders (especially during the holidays) they will skip item destination scans to keep the packages moving along quickly, so your tracking info may sometimes not update. If tracking on your package has not updated in more than 5 business days, please let us know.

Also, if you receive an email that says "order shipped" on a Friday-Sunday but the tracking isn't updating over the weekend, this is because we have printed your shipping label and packing your order but the package has not been taken to the post office yet. Once the post office scans the package in, it will update. 

4. MY PACKAGE SAYS DELIVERED BUT I HAVE NOT RECIEVED IT?
In some cases, the shipping providers will mark a package as delivered, but they wont actually deliver it until the next business day. For example, if your package is marked delivered on Friday and you don't have it, we suggest waiting until Monday and it will likely be delivered then. If your package remains "marked delivered" but you never receive it after 5 business days, please email us at let us know so we can help.
 
5. HOW DO YOU PRINT ON YOUR APPAREL?
We use two different techniques to print and each technique is dependent on the design and the style fabric being printed on. The two techniques we use are DTF (direct to film) and DTG (direct to garment). We do not use htv in our shop.

6. ARE YOU A TRUE SMALL BUSINESS?

We are a small business, aka husband and wife team. It's just the two of us that run this business our of our home, and we still both work our full time jobs on top of running this small business full time. This means, we do it all, from the socials, to the advertising, marketing, content creation, design, order packing, shipping, planning, and email responding, it's just the 2 of us. So, when I say that I actually jump for joy every time my phones ding with a new order, I mean it!
