My name is Megan and I live in Southside, AL with my two dachshunds, Hank & Willie. I started WOOF+WEEN in memory of my late brother, Dylan.

Dylan passed away unexpectedly at the age of 26 in December 2019. Dylan was a huge animal and dog lover. Before his passing, I never really knew the love a dog could give because I had never had one of my own. After his passing, our parents took in his two dachshunds and I quickly learned why his love for them was so big. They were very instrumental in helping us through the grieving process. Without them, I really don't know how I would have made it through.

Fast forward to today, and I now have 2 dachshunds of my own, one of which came from the same breeder that my brother got his from, which makes him even more special to me. I feel like I have a piece of my brother with me.

I started WOOF+WEEN to honor my brothers legacy and continue to give back to animals the way that he did. Dylan had a huge heart, one of the biggest of anyone I know. So, all of this is for him.

Each month a portion of our sales will be donated to a random charity, rescue, or shelter in his name.
