Returns
Most of our items are made to order so we only accept returns on our dog items (harness, collar, leash, waste bag, and bows). Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. BRAND NEW, UNWASHED & HAIR FREE.

Additional non-returnable items:
Made to Order items (all apparel, blankets, accessories, etc)
Gift cards
Final Sale Items AND Sale Items

 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will receive an email when your refund is processed.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@woofandween.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded. All sale items are final sale. This includes Black Friday sales.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We do not accept exchanges on any made to order items. We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, we will process the item as a return and you can order another if it is in stock. Please send us an email at hello@woofandween.com to initiate your return.

For lost, stolen or damaged packages, we use Package Protection. Please see below for more info on the policy. If you do not purchase Package Protection, WOOF+WEEN can not be held responsible for what happens after your package is scanned in by the shipment provider.

 

Cancellations

WOOF+WEEN does not accept order cancellations. WOOF+WEEN is not responsible for paying/refunding the shipping for orders that are " attempted to be canceled" after an item has shipped. If you place an order and inquire about cancelling your order after it has been shipped, because we have no way of stopping the shipment process once in the hands of the shipper, you will need to wait until you receive the package and then ship the package back when you receive it. Once we receive it and inspect it, you will be refunded for the subtotal of the items plus tax (shipping will be deducted from your refund).

 

Shipping
To return your product, you should email hello@woofandween.com to initiate the return process.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 

REMAILING FEE

There is a $9 remailing fee for customers that enter the wrong mailing address at checkout and the order is returned back to us and wish that we re-ship it back to them with a newly purchased shipping label.

ADDITIONAL SHIPPING AND RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you would like to return your product, we will happily accept your return.

Please note the below criteria:

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of delivery. Package must be postmarked within 14 days of delivery.
  • Please Include a note with your Order Number, if you have it available
  • All items must be brand new, unwashed, and hair-free. WOOF+WEEN will not return any products that were damaged as a result of chewing or biting.
  • WOOF+WEEN is not responsible for any lost returns that are lost during return shipment.
  • WOOF+WEEN does not accept exchanges. All "exchanges" will be refunded, processed as returns, and you will be responsible for placing a new order if you need a new size. This is to ensure that we have the items in stock. 
  • WOOF+WEEN is not responsible for returning back an item that does not meet the criteria above. Please contact us if you have any questions.
  • Customer is responsible for any and all associated shipping costs to mail back any returns. WOOF+WEEN does not provide free return labels.

 

HOW TO BEGIN RETURN PROCESS:

Please email hello@woofandween.com to initiate the return. Please include your order number, photos of your return and reason for return in the email. If your return is accepted, we will then provide you with the info and return address needed to ship the item back.

Once return is received, inspected, and approved based on our policy above, please allow 3-5 business days for processing. If you request a return, credit is applied to your original form of payment usually within 24-48 hours of the return being processed. 

EXCLUSIONS: all items marked final sale will not be returnable.

 

Defects

In the case that your item is damaged upon arrival, please reach out to us within fourteen (14) days of receiving the product, in order for us to be able to replace the item. Sending photos will expedite this process.
