My name is Megan and I live in Southside, AL with my husband and our 3 dachshunds, Hank, Willie, & Reba, and our 1 pitbull, Sadie.

I, Megan, started WOOF + WEEN in June of 2022. I was inspired by my late brother, who passed away unexpectedly at the age of 26 in 2019. Dylan was a huge animal lover. Always rescuing them (from dogs to even guinea pigs on the side of the road!). When he passed, our family took in his two dachshunds. His doxies were instrumental in helping me grieve and heal. Fast forward to today, I now have 3 doxies of my own (while my parents have his). In total our family has 7 doxies all because of him! I opened WOOF+WEEN in his memory to give back and save animals with the heart and passion that he once had for saving animals.

At WOOF+WEEN we are a small business, aka husband and wife team. It's just the two of us that run this business out of our home, and we still both work our full time jobs on top of running this small business full time. This means, we do it all, from the socials, to the advertising, content creation, design, order packing, shipping, and email responding, it's just the 2 of us. So, when I say that we actually jump for joy every time our phones ding with a new order, i mean it!
