July Doxie of the Month: Meet Rosie!
Some dachshunds steal your heart the moment you meet them- and Rosie is definitely one of those pups!
Meet Rosie, Our beautiful Doxie of the Month! Born on March 19, 2022, Rosie was named after her mama, Daisy. Her mama loved the idea of the flower themed names and Rosie turned out to be the perfect fit. Standing at 6 inches tall, she may be tiny, but her personality is anything but. She has the biggest heart and loves her people with everything she’s got.
Rosie is living her best life as the beloved “child” of a proud DINK family (dual income, no kids), which basically means she’s wonderfully spoiled—and she wouldn’t have it any other way. Around her house, the world truly revolves around this little weenie, and she’s more than happy to embrace the role.
This clever doxie is also bilingual, responding to both English and Spanish, and she loves showing off everything she’s learned. Her most adorable trick? Praying before every meal. It’s a heartwarming routine that melts everyone’s heart and perfectly shows off her sweet personality!
When Rosie isn’t curled up for a cozy nap or striking a pose in front of the camera, she’s busy preparing for one of her favorite hobbies: Wiener Dog racing! Whether she’s racing against fellow weens or training in her apartment hallway between race days, she takes her athletic career very seriously!
Of course, every superstar model needs a favorite treat, and for Rosie, it’s cottage cheese. It’s not only her favorite snack— it’s also her mom’s secret weapon for capturing those picture-perfect modeling moments.
Although Rosie can be a little shy at first, her sweet personality quickly wins everyone over. Whether she’s racing, modeling, praying before dinner, or spending time with her pawrents, she brings joy wherever she goes!
